Episentec is a Swedish company founded in 2010. The mission of Episentec is to provide users of optical (primarily SPR) biosensor systems with novel reagents, accessories, and technologies that significantly improve the performance of the biosensors and widen their utility.
Thus, Episentec strives to develop improved add-on solutions for users of different commercial biosensor systems. We are independent of the biosensor instrument companies and focus on providing value directly to the end-users. However, we work in symbiosis with the instrument companies and are open to developing an improved end-user experience in partnership with instrument providers.
Episentec is a member of Uppsala Innovation Centre and Uppsala Bio.
